We wanted to give this particular asset a more realistic look rather than a 2d illustration.
Working closely with the UI team on getting this done on the grid so it snapped properly into the slots was imperative. As well as having the coins a specific size so they actually looked like they fit.
I was responsible only for the modeling / sculpting / texturing of the coin and slab assets.
The real hard work was done by the great UI team.
Jordan DeVries did the overall layout as well as the icon shapes on each perk.
